Slander, Libel, Defamation? |
Not sure how to phrase this but I am looking at doing a You Tube type interview...my ex owes Child Support of approximately $25,000 and I have just done research (as I use to be a skip tracer) and found out that his mother who owes her own Real Estate Company has purchased a home out of province where he lives under her company name in order for him not to have a lien on the property and yet he works when he feels like it....I would love to let others know of this tactic and also to let people who know them that they have done this...is there a possibility that I could be charged with anything. I have this information confirmed with written documented proof from a government office. Why dont you just get the 25K you are owed and not stoop to tactics like this? Are you saying he don't work at all? |
