I live in CA & would like to file a small claims against an individual/corp. located in CO. How do I do that?

I paid $997 to a real estate marketing company for 25 Leads. I am located in CA and they are located in Colorado. It is now 6 months later and I still have yet to receive any leads. What can I do to get back my money? Thanks to all who reply in advance....

You need to contact the County court in which they are located and you can also file a crievence with the Colorado Board of Realtors
