Can a private citizen have a County DA on retainer? |
A family member is looking into her mothers estate issues. a DA represents the ppl in court proceedings..dont believe you could hire him for private business In some rural counties, a DA is part-time and can have an outside practice, usually limited to other counties. However, you cannot hire a County DA to perform the role of DA. Whether your county DA is full time or part-time, I couldn't guess. |
