If i go beat up a tenent (im an estate agent) but i dont bruze him or make him bleed and he calls the police? |
but eveyone in the office says that i've been in the office all day will i get charged for it or can they lock me up? If there was only the tenant there with you then he will find his allegation hard to prove especially if your colleagues back you up. and you trust these people to say that, you be a right muppet to trust your colleagues, also you don't go and beat people up you will be charged if you do and lose your job and get shitty references so grow up and reason with the tenant legally having said all this it will be funny if you did go and beat him up it's going to be difficult to beat him up without causing physical injury, but if you do manage it there will still be some marks, expect to be caught and if your colleagues cover up for you they'll be in trouble too. Still we have more Estate Agents than we need at the moment. If you think that the use of violence and intimidation is an acceptable way to go about your work I would frankly like your employers to fire you straightaway before you even think about trying to defend yourself within the criminal justice system. i understand your feelings, i tried to remove a dead beat tenant, he just wouldn't go, i went in my home kicked his ***, threw his belongings and him out the door, got arrested, sued and lost! now i use the courts If you have done that I hope they do charge you and send you to be a guest of Her Majesty along with the rest of your mob for perverting the course of justice Why are you going to beat someone up, because he knows his rights maybe, estate agents are nothing but scum it's about time you all got a good kicking. How about acting like a adult instead of resorting to violence. if that happens he will hire someone like me and i will deal with it,im an expert, but i do leave bruises and lots of blood. You are supposed to be professional about matters.Use the courts. Better not even think about it.Fighting never solve anything. The spelling police might lock you up...and the above would be evidence of guilt for sure! Hahahaha why do you want to beat someone up ? i think yes until they make inquires into the allegation by the sound of the way that you asked such a stupid question its every chance that he would beat the sh*t out of you Hope you pick on the right tenant and he gives you a bloody good smacking. Yes they can. You should get somebody else to do it for you Yes don't do it...it's simple :) Well I would not like you as my estate agent, another thing learn to spell. how could you beat up someone without making them bruise or bleed!!!!!????? |
