What's the difference between a guardian and a conservator? |
I know a natural parent often acts as a minor's "guardian of the person." But I've also seen a custodial parent called a "conservator," which I guess means they are guardian of the child's person & estate? "Conservator" is like a guardian of assets; not a person.
