What type of lawyer would you recommended for my case?

My last living parent passed away so I am dealing with a sibling who is not very cooperative about splitting everything that was left in our names. I want to get a lawyer that is experienced in Wills, Trusts, Estates & etc of things left behind.

What "type" of lawyer would you recommend for this?

Thanks in advance!
Thanks in advance!

The ones that don't exist HONEST

Get the best criminal Lawyer you can .Their use to dealing with thieves.Phone book by no means thats like fishing in a mud puddle.Go to a judge and ask
Everyone will tell you that you can't -but you can if you try hard enough.Or better yet get a retired Judge.

You answered you own question, get an estate attorney, or at least one that specializes in W/T/Es.
Check the phone book.
