STATE OF TEXAS WHAT DOES THE EXECUTOR OF AN ESTATE DO CAN THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT !!!!

My sister in law is the executor of her parents will both deceased. there is a store and house. she has collected the rent on the store for 5 years about 15 thousand dollars. she also hired family member and friends to do work on a small house and has accumulated bills totaling over 20 thousand dollars. what can we do to stop this from happening, The will says all was to be sold and split 4 ways PLEASE HELP US from being robbed by her greed!!

Check to see if the will has been offered for probate. If it has then check to see if she is named executor.

You should be able to see the will, if it is on file with the District Court.
