Any loopholes in this alimony agreement?

I am legally forced to pay my deceased husbands alimony and child support arrears to his 80 year old ex-wife. Long story. The agreement I signed states that upon her death all of the interest she has in the payments revert back to me. I take the payments from my IRA and some TV residuals withhold the taxes and then give her 1/2 of the money. I am scared there maybe a loophole. What if I end up having to continue the payments to her estate? The agreement is very specific that the money reverts to me upon her death. All of the assets that the payments are made from are in my name and I am responsible for the taxes. I had a good lawyer but i do get scared...never thought anything like this could happen to me.

honestly no one here on Yahoo Answers can help you, just get yourself a good lawyer in this field, and they should be able to help you and look into that.. because it seems weird... but good luck
