I have been sent via my Grandmother's solictor a form

which I believe is a informal discharge after settling the estate. I think a fraud has taken place in the will and I am not happy about the settlement. What happens if I do not sign this form?

take legal advise.....do not act on advise from people on the internet unless you are really sure..............

Then the probate court will decide how to settle the estate.
