WILL & ADMIN OF ESTATE: How can a letter found next to a dead body be a valid will in Australia? |
Do you still make an application for grant of probate? Or should it by letters of administration? You need to read the WILLS Act and I don't have it available. However, if the will found next to the body complies with the Wills Act, then yes, it is valid. |
