Do Real Estate Lawyers go to court? |
Im just wondering. some do. For example, they may have to sue a title insurance company or they may have to sue to quiet title, to resolve a dispute about a title. Some deal only with commercial transactions and they tend to hire a litigator when court becomes necessary. Real estate attorneys do a lot of different type of work, including litigation (court appearances) and in addition to doing transactional work, attending zoning board meetings, etc. Attorneys who appear in court are called litigators, and it's a different skill set from real estate law, or tax law, or contracts law... |
