Has anyone ever taken a case to the Ombudsman about their Estate Agent? |
If so what happens? I haven't but I knew someone who did. In her case, she provided thorough documentation and the agent was reprimanded. i have gone to an ombudsman regarding elderly care homes i threatened to do so because i made an offer on a house for sale, paid fee's, had surveys done and one week before completion solicitor told me the loft conversion and kitchen extension had not got planning permission and that the house as in fact a 2 bed and not a three bed! No! Why not take your estate agent to the pictures? |
