Is a deed that was bought from an estate sale transferrable? |
a framed deed to common property in whales with documented ownership and title info. from 1400'sto current owner if the current owner bought a parcel of land, and has had the land transferred to him with his name on the deeds then he is the owner, there are always other issues, the answer seems too obvious, the reason your asking this question is because there's a but, only thing is what? the land was transferred to the current owner in the 1400's then the current owner is dead, who did he leave it to? is the deed current or an old deed? check with land registry, if the land has been used by someone else for 12 years rent free they can claim it as theirs this is called adverse possession, common property might be for the use of all of the community, even though one person owns it, he cant do anything with it. Doubt it, ask an estate agent What do you mean "whales"? |
