Child support fraud??

what is the laws punishment for recieveing child support and your not taking care of the children and your not giving money to the people taking care of the children and providing for the children and your useing it for your own well being for your bills, food, other other children, real estate? How can you get proof and find them in a court of law guilty? How to get CPS involved and the person put in jail and get the children takin away if the other provider is not putting them in a safe/hostile enviorment? EX: They dont go to school, Steal, and Having sexual encounters with men/women while a minor? BUT, the children and parents deny everything being said even tho it's true! Can CPS see where all the child support money is going or not? Can this issue be investigated without them knowing about it to prove it???

Those laws vary from state to state. I will guess that none have any laws concerning the use of child support. The other aspects of your statement are illegal in all 50. That will also very from state to state. Go ahead and report it. Make VERY sure you NOT reporting your opinion but FACT. Making false reports is also a crime.

How you get evidence will also vary depending on the state and local ordinances.

I hope you are getting the point that there is not single crime but many and the way they are dealt with can vary greatly across the country.

Write it all down, make sure it is accurate and call CPS. If convinced they will dig into it.

Do not go snooping around, that is also a crime depending on how it is done.

Evidence is on the list of things that are dealt with differently from state to state.

You are confusing 2 issues. Child support is to help provide for the child, and is paid to the person with custody. It is MEANT to be part of rent, utilities, food, etc. You don't divide up rent by each child. The amount of child support is set by the court, based not on amount of rent, etc.. but on a percentage of the other parent's income. It is NOT meant to be like an allowance, which is "only" spent on the child, and not the cost to provide a home.
It is completely separate if the child is being endangered, and this can be proven. That would have nothing to do with how much the child support is.
