Taking care of my father?

I was happy living in San Francisco, when i call back home to see how things going and found out Mom is sick and dieing, I'm living with my girl, and my older sister asks me if i would come live with my Father that was December of 2000. I had three sisters all doing very well for themselfs .so I told my girl i would call for her when i got everything settled. I got there and she passed away on the morning of January 29, 2001 I was taking her paulse and she passed and 9:15 that morning. Now i had to make the deision on to stay or go .well i only had one Dad and didn't want him to be put in a home. So after 8 years and living with a Dad was great Dad to me and we had everything we needed so we might have seen one of my sisters twice a year and Dad was disapointer and had decided to leave his estate to me for caring for him. well we lost out family House in Katrnis flood and had to get him another one our was distroyed ! should I split 4 ways even with them being all set for life. Me ?

If your Father doesn't have a Will saying that you get his estate, it's automatically a 4-way split when he passes. Unfortunately, there's no way you can force them to help out with your relocation.

Remember: Where the Law is concerned, if it ain't in writing, it ain't real.

The property of your father must be divided between you and your sisters equally but they must reimburse you or compensate you for caring for your father.
