Should all people born on council estates (97% of Y/A) be microchipped at birth so the police can monitor?

the scum at all times?
A simple microchip inserted into the invidual at birth, like they do with dogs, would be much cheaper than a DNA database and I believe would cut crime by over 86%
We now have the technology to track these microchips at all times and I urge the government to introduce this.
Its cheap and effective.

feel free to give me a star

Now Now Crispy not all people from Council estates are low life, dole scrounging, thief's (I estimate that only around 98.9% of them are). It not nice to make a generalistaion like that on here. If they ever find out where you live they will come and pinch you Telly, cooker, Hi-Fi, Fridge Etc. Besides its much cheaper and easier to sterilise them all so that they cannot breed any more thieving sproggs.l

I believe that this is New Labour policy.

Indeed. We could have a curfew and the military could patrol the estates; anybody caught doing wrong could be sent to concentration camps and gassed!

Tw@

Yes , and all fat people should be tagged so the government can tell when they go near a fridge

It would be a good way to keep track of YOUR family I suppose.

Sorry, sounds too much like Mark of the Beast mentioned in Revelations.

No Christians would agree to that......

This is so sick! I was brought up on a private estate until i was 9. I then moved out with my dad and older sis, we moved into a council house in 2001 where we have lived since. It used to be bad at times where i live but they moved the ony druggie off the estate. Not all council estate people are bad as you say. My older sis is training to be a teacher, i am training to be a social worker. Don't be so rude, maybe if you were brought up on a council estate, you would have a better opinion of them!

They should also ban fat over weight idiots from eating for a month at a time then make them plough fields by hand you get my drift!

I was born on a council estate and lets just say that i don't live on one now!!

EDIT
the only chips you are interested in are made by Mccann's. There oven chips!!

i can get you some micro chips from a bloke on ar estate they were made for budgies so i expect they will be cheep.lol

no.

How dare you imply that ALL residents living on council estates are scum!!!! There ARE law-abiding people, who cannot afford to OWN their home and have to rely on local authority housing! Does it mean that YOU would be first in the queue for the microchip insertion???

That sound illegal and inhumane, and a violation of privacy.
(You said so the police can monitor the SCUM?!) That sounds racist. (Falsely prejudging people you don't know)
How would you like an involuntary GPS on you, to be monitored 24/7. For animals, maybe, but, for people? That sounds more like a control factor.

And I don't think you should be urging ANYONE to do that. If they can do it to infant children, they would do it to adults and that includes You too......

Glad to see you've still got it crispy, what a marvellous idea old chap!

I believe those sort of persons already eat McCann Microchips, but your idea as sound in principle.

Yes Good answer!!!!

crispy's looking for attention again,

You first!

the rest might follow.

good luck :)

You'll be first in line then!! If you think 97% of people who use YA were all born on Council Estates and in your words are "scum" we're very surprised you want to be associated with us then. Wouldn't you rather spend your, obviously well educated, time elsewhere? After all we are not as educated which is why we all have to resort to committing crimes. You do need to think your theory through a little bit more though because if we were all microchipped the information would have to be stored somewhere....eg a database! Aha! Caught you out! Obvious signs of poor education which means you're one of us...oh dear. You almost had us thinking you were more superior and we were just lowly to your greatness. On a serious note...you have probably put your comment on to get the masses going but you'll only get yourself in bother.

I'm sure this must be a wind up. My sons were raised on what is known nationally as a pretty dreadful estate. They both have first class degrees. One now teaches and is involved with the film industry. The other is a renown composer of film (and other) music.

I have a better idea. How about those who make such statements having their bottoms smacked? Then again.. they might like that.

Yes crispy i strongly agree.

Some people on council estates are nice, but most of them are just scumbags.

In this country, government are focused on keeping those on council estates happy. Maybe if government stopped throwing money at them every week, Then maybe they would get off their lazy ar**s and get a job !

Also i think any immigrants should spend 6 months in a "quarantine" like system, to prove they are healthy and wont be leeching off the NHS, or bringing diseases into the country.

I would suggest the real scum has asked this question

and what should be done with those that are not born on council estates?

There is good and bad wherever you go.

Hope some of this scum of which i am part find some jumped up middle class prick like you who has probably never done a decent days work in his f**king life and who thinks that having some shitsemi and no doubt some crap 4x4 which they are up to their necks in debt for makes them a better being.Who the f**k do you think you are asshole.
