Do you think that Indian real estate business should be steamlined all over India? What are the steps to be taken to set right the real estate industry?

It is real estate people, and yes I agree, the business should be streamlined, and standardized all over the country to protect the buyer from unscrupulous sellers, and agents.

How all on a sudden a price will increase.What the Govt.is doing>in NAndigram what has happened.The Govt should try to develope and arrange to give the land to foreighn national from the barren and uncultured land available at other places.Not from the peoples property.
