Get a dictionary. We aren't here to do your work for you. Good luck getting a law degree with that lazy attitude.

If you were to pay me, I would look all these up for you, but since you are not, I might suggest a few resouces so you can look them up your self. These are all very common proprty law terms (Property I, no less) and you should be able to find definitions almost anywhere.
