Estate laws?

MY MOM PASSED AWAY 7 MONTHS AGO WITHOUT A WILL. I HAVE BEEN NAMED ADMINISTRATRIX TO HER ESTATE. HOW MUCH TIME WILL THE COURTS GIVE ME TO SELL THE HOUSE SO THEY CAN CLOSE THE CASE. I LIVE IN OHIO.

As administrator, file a motion in court if you could already sell the house. You just have to know if your mother has creditors so that you also notify them of your intention.
