Real estate question Texas????????????

are fiduciary duties the same as NAR code of ethnics ?

any1 take the real estate texas exam? what area was focused on the most ? Thanks a bunch !!!!

No, fiduciary duties are imposed by law. The code of ethics is what the NAR members pledge to do.

You need to study all of the areas to be successful on the exam. Contracts, finance, appraisal, agency, everything.
