Does an estate need insurance (Bond), so that the executor does not run a way with all the money? How is such insurance obtained? The answer depends on the specific jurisdiction and judge overseeing the probate matter. yes. Never heard of it before. Executors usually are family and the executor has to follow the document of the will. What is hard about that. We only need to spend money on insurance and the law if we can not speak and work things out. |
