Fee for lawer estate after death?

looking for fee to close out an estate after death

If you mean executor it depends on the state. Some like CA have a specific fee schedule based on the amount of the estate; some have to be approved by the court; some are permitted "Usual fees".

If you are talking about a lawyer working for an estate to close out all the bills, filings and fees, there is no way to tell what could be involved.

Typically most attorney's charge either a % of the estate or an hourly fee, although you do not need an attorney to just close out the estate, the administrator of the estate can do that on its own. If you already have a probate attorney then his fee to close out the estate should have been included with the other intestate decisions.

Don't quite understand your question Dandy, but, the fees are generally dependent on the nature of the estate to be closed out and the generally accelpted fair fees in your locality. Call a lawyer referral service in the city where the estate assets are located. Usually, you will be given the name and number of a lawyer that does a lot of that kind of work. Have a meeting. If you are unsure, contact another lawyer and meet again. It's like shopping for a can of green beans. The wrappers all look the same but some are better than others.
