Step mother is the administrator of the estate and trying to keep step children from thier fathers estate get a lawyer and let him or her do the fighting for you. u need 2 get all the documents u know of from his lawyer n job he work at n get a lawyer n find out what your rights are or get screwed when he dies. i know from experience.
