Can I have an estate auditted? |
My mother is giving all control of everything to my cousin, who is greedy and wanting to fall into a goldmine when my mother dies, so I was wondering if I could have the estate auditted to where every penny that is spent is counted for? If not what are my options? other than going to an attorney, I was already planing to see one.She made my cousin executor of the will, and she give her power of attorney, my cousin also knows what me my sister and brother is getting, she also called my sister ad "rubbed it in" that she knows everything thats in the will and said that shes also in the will to and there is nothing nobody can do about it, soI just want to be pepared to do whatever I can do to make everything equal between my sibling and myself. wow this seems to be a whole can of worms..........is your mum aware of this stuff happening and if so whats her response? |
