Question about Administrator of Probate Estate...? |
My aunt is the Administrator of my father's Estate (she was appointed by both my brother and I - the only two heirs). Is she authorized to sell or purchase the property with out the consent of both heirs? This is California Probate. If she has the authority of the court to act as the sole administrator of the will...yes she has the authority to sell and purchase property without the consent of the other heirs. not real sure. i think it has to be agreed upon all of you.call a lawyer they will tell you and alot of times they will not charge you. but you can fight it. cuz you are the heirs of your familys stuff. |
