Can you transfer an unactive real estate license form N.C. to S.C.? |
I am already aware that I can file for reciprocity after my license is active in N.C., which is also the state that I first got my Real Estate license in. But I moved before I got them activated. You do know that reciprocity is only good if you do it before you move. Now you get to take the whole deal again. We are told, take the test then change your address. I'm not sure ask someone who is an expert on this. |
