Due Diligence documentation in corporate real estate transactions? |
Clear this up for me please; what would you consider to be the essential documentation when obtaining and providing "due diligence" with respect to corporate real estate matters I work for a corporate real estate attorney. I am trying to organize a due diligence file which consists of over 600 partnerships and corporations. This is going to be a lengthy and difficult task as I am faced with a mess of documents from previous paralegals which have switched hands too many times and have become impossible to access in order to simplify this process in our transactions. That was a funny answer though...ha ha, yeah, definitely. Anyway, trying not to do too much but be thorough and complete in this project Lol, and you're going to be dealing with lawyers, I assume? Good luck in proving due diligence. I found a good article that might clear up your question. Check it out. |
