My grandmother has died. My aunt told me, estate was left to her. How can I review the will?

My grandmother passed away in November of 2005. She had only two children. My father, her son, died before her and my Aunt stated there was a will but my father was removed from it before he died. I was not offered the chance to review the will and now my grandmother's estate is for sale "by owner". I would like to know If I am leagly entitled to anything.

A will is a legal document. Check with your local court that handles estates (surrogate court or probate court) and ask them your options. Good luck to you.

spend about 2,000 dollars and get a lawyer to submit a REIT for review based on ancestral rights.
