This matter is clear violation of fair trade practice in other words it is covered under the definition of unfair trade practice as defined under section 36A of the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1969 & a complaint of such unfair trade practice can be made to the MRTP commission by the consumers availing such services. No need going to civil courts for such cases where mere wastage of time take place along with money. Rather than posting random messages on the web you would be better off speaking with them either one on one or group basis. |
