"How does one challenge an environmental study in court?


The Sacramento Bee stated that anyone could challenge an environmental study for a $175.00 filing fee. How does one go about that?

Join Green Piece.... or sum such group... they do it all the time.... Drive up the cost of *everything*

go in there and fill out a "i call bullshit" form.
