Say there's a environmental health concern like mold at a public school. Where'd the reports be filed at?

California public schools fall under the Division of the State Architect and are paid for by our tax dollars so all school activity is public record. If mold tesing were done by a third party for the "client" (a school district), would the aforementioned environmental testing report be required to be filed with the appropriate County records department? Is anyone aware of the penalty for not filing such a report, possibly a cover-up type situation? If so, please cite appropriate law to support this.

THANKS FOR EVERYONES HELP IN ADVANCE!!!

I would check with the local district office or with the school board themselves, or ask what company did the testing then they have to release the information cause it public record.

Call the board of health and the child protection peolpe, that should get some action
