Where can i find the national framework of needs for children and young people?

i am looking for the diagram not the written documents, although if it is on a certain page within these documents then i would be grateful if you could tell me where.

it is a triangular diagram with "child's developmental needs" on one side, "parenting capacity" on the opposite side, "family and environmental factors" on the bottom, and "CHILD safeguarding and promoting welfare" in the centre.

Need it as soon as possible so please any help on where to find it would be appreciated.
