The "For entertainment purposes only" notice?

Whenever you see advertisements on the TV for astrology hotlines, palm readers in the news paper, tarot card readers etc it always mentions "For entertainment purposes only".

I am wondering why this doesn't apply to religious advertising as well? For example, the evangelicals who have the sunday morning shows who ask you to call in and donate in order to receive "God's grace". Or places that sell prayer cloths, or other prayer-related products.

Shouldn't these be labelled as entertainment only?

How could people go about getting this changed so they'd have to include it?
