The Unfair Commercial Practices Directive 2005?

This now affects psychics, who have to issue disclaimers stating that their service is for "entertainment only", to avoid liability for applying a misleading trade description to a service.

Does such a disclaimer have to contain any other information? If so, what?

Thanks!

It has to include enough information, clearly enough stated, to ensure that a potential client is not deceived or misled.

Exactly what that might be would be something that would be answered by a court if you were sued.

Basically, if someone claims that you made her believe that you really were a psychic, and sues you, you need to be able to prove in a court of law that either
A) You actually ARE psychic, and can prove it.
B) Your advertisements, and the messages you gave the clients, made it clear that you are NOT psychic, and that your 'readings' are for entertainment only, and made no representation to actually foresee the future.
