Fraud penalties in PA?

i want a fake ID. does anyone know what the penalties are for getting caught with one? what if i'm not actually drinking alcohal and just listening to music? does anyone know they security features of the PA drivers license. don't try to talk me out of it...it's my choice, and i think the laws are rediculous anyway, if i want to hear live entertainment with my friends at a local bar....i see no reason why i should be denied this right. depending on how serious the charges are i may reconsider though. any information would be helpful.

depends on how old you are. if under 18, you might have a fine but you Will lose your right to drive until you are 21.
If over 18, then you will face a fine and a possible police record, which will follow you forever. Just being in possesion of a fake ID, even you are are not drinking, will get you in trouble. If you are caught drinking then you will have to do all sorts of "fun" things like counseling, weekly meeting, and depending on the judge you could be doing up to 12 weekends in jail(or juve depending on your age) Not telling you not to do it, just be aware of what will happen if you get caught. Oh and depending where in PA you live, a lot of bars/clubs have scanners where they can see if it is a fake and they ususally have off duty cops as the bouncers.
