What Exactly Is Considered Porn?

Many videos of adult entertainment do not contain nudity because for some the nudity is irrelevant.

Is a video of a fully clothed woman "talking dirty" into a camera considered porn?

Is a video of two people tying each other up with rope while fully clothed considered porn?

Does "pornography" apply to every adult video entertainment or is "porn" only used when nudity in particular is involved?

great question there is a test that is hard to understand set by the supreme court. The court has had difficulty with the test and has made statement like "we know it when we see it"

If you would like to know the test just e-mail me.

If it's meant to arouse and purely for sexual pleasure, then it's porn.

dictionary.com says
"Sexually explicit pictures, writing, or other material whose primary purpose is to cause sexual arousal. "

so i guess if a picture is taken to cause arrival, even fully clothed it would be pornography

In my opinion, "pornography" is any commercial media (video, magazine, story, etc.) which has the sole purpose of sexually arousing the viewer/reader.

"Nudes" is a form of art (again, in my opinion), which shows nude people, but is created more to display the beauty of the human body, and not so much for sexual arousal.

Good rule of thumb......

Anything you wouldn't want your Mom to know you're looking at is porn.

And that doesn't matter how old you are.
