Is this considered prostitution, legally speaking?

Suppose I hire a stripper to dance for me, at my home, for a 2 hour dance/entertainment session for an agreed upon price of $200. She entertains me for 2 hours, as agreed upon, and I pay her $200 for the entertainment session. After the dance session is completed, she agrees to let me take her out for an ice cream cone. After ice cream, she agrees to return to my house for consensual sex (no cash exchanged in return). Legally, is this prostitution?

P.S. She is over 21 years old.

Nope. Cash was exchanged for a "hopefully legal" dance.

Massage parlors have been doing this "dance" for decades

Sounds good to me, please don't use loopholes in the law its bad moral but not illegal.

Sounds like she did her routine for money, but the sex was free. The issue with prostitution is whether she had sex for money.

No, if you didn't pay for the sex, it's not prostitution. She just consented to having sex without being paid for doing it.
