Random Question about Adult entertainment? |
ok me and my friends ware bored and started to talk about diffrent crap when we slowly touched the subjuect of adult entertainment and got into an argument. here is the question. Child in pic = child porn & felony. Best bet is to keep private or better yet, destroy Taking a picture of yourself at that age would not be a crime and I'm guessing the statute of limitations would run out if it did turn out to be a crime. Now if you took pics of somebody else at that age but held onto it once you became an adult you would be charged with possession of child pornography and prosecuted regardless of innocent intentions at age 7 (for example). Thats the key to the Law. A picture of you on a sheepskin rug at 1 years old is not considered "offensive" by community standards. |
