What charges could i sue this psycho???(she wanted a 15 to become a stripper)? |
ok i knew this lady for 5 yrs (she's 29 now) and i've been hanging out with her for almost 5 months but not anymore because she lied and betrayed me, and yes i already talked to a social worker (i'm getting help) humiliate me, then she told me she was gonna take ,me to cali (roadtrip) to let me be a stripper for 2 days (we never did it) then she has a double life and uses me to cover her up, recently she told me she doesnt take me anywhere because i'll flip out since you are the minor and i think you said she was 29. Get the law envolved and have her arrested. She will have to spend lots of money for lawyer etc. She gets on the sex offender list and is harrassed til the day she dies. we need to see pictures to make an accurate assessment I'd bet your mother would love to know all this- Bad judgement on your part. No one said you had to hang with her. It sounds like you are pretty gullible to do anything this lady has said. Go to the police and report the incident. I suggest you get into some therapy, you have some serious issues. You need to learn to respect yourself, it sounds like you don't. I am not sure about suing her? But she is guilty of contributing to delinquency of a minor! Well, first you need to inform your PARENTS, then THEY should inform the police... It will be VERY difficult to prove anything other than she took photos / video of a 15 yr old. So far as I can tell, you've got no measurable damages to sue her for. You have to be able to prove harm, usually financial harm, to have a chance at winning a law suit. Why don't you just stay away from her and feel sympathy for her since she has mental problems? Leave it alone. |
