Do I need a license to sell tickets to an event in NJ; and what qualifies as a place of entertainment? |
I want to sell tickets to a dinner that I am going to host a VFW or Elk's Lodge or some such place. Must I obtain a license to sell these tickets? I am not sure if these examples qualify as "places of entertainment", and I will be selling these tickets myself--not reselling someone elses tickets--and am not sure if that will make a difference. If I do need a license-what is it and where can I apply for it? I'm sorry no one has answered your question! Try google.com. Good luck! you can find info on this forum |
