What rights do I have as far as far as my pictures being used on an entertainment site, and I want them off?

It depends on where they were taken, if they were taken at a public event then there is not much you can do about it. If they are personal photos they have to take them down at your request. Unless you gave them permission to use them. If they don't take them down you have to take them to court.

If they were copyrighted then you can file a lawsuit.

first...we must see them to evaluate your.."ahem".. case.....

Most web sites that allow you to upload pictures have a legal disclaimer that basically gives them the right to use the picture in just about any way they see fit. First thing to do is contact the site administrator and ask them to take the pictures off. If they refuse, tell them to produce a release with your signature on it authorizing them to keep the pictures. At that point, they will probably tell you that they have a legal disclaimer or they'll start back-pedaling. If they say they have a legal disclaimer, tell them you want to see it and you also want to know exactly where it was posted on their site where you could read it before sending pictures in. If they start back-pedaling at any point, threaten them with legal action if they don't comply.

If it was a ticketed event you probably have no recourse. Like you had to have a ticket to get in. Here is a quote from the back of my ticket from ticketmaster " Holder acknowledges the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized and hereby grants permission to utilize holders image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event "

Basically you could end up on poster or website or video and do nothing about it.

If your pictures are not copyrighted, there's very little if anything you can do. About all you can do is ask the person who put your pictures up is to take them down.

all images containg identifiable human faces must have a signed model realese form asociated with it. as you never signed this form and supplied it to the website, you can demand that it be removed. if it is not removed, you may file a lawsuit. for more information, see my source link.

If you signed a release than they belong to the photographer who took them and you have no rights. If the were taken without your permission then see a lawyer.
