Now that the writer's strike is over can everyone go back to staying at home?

I am sooooo happy that the writer's strike is over. Now I can stop reading books and hanging out with my friends. I have had too much bad reality television. Now I can go back to sitting in front of the T.V. for 6 hours a day. What is everyone else going to stop doing now that we have our entertainment back?

Anti- I agree with you as long as you are not referring to my fav show the Office. But yes I was kidding. I will still continue to leave the house. Maybe just and hour or so less a week

I am going to stop working. I only got a job to pass time during the writers strike because there was nothing good on tv and I didn't want to have to resort to reading books. I also started coming on Y!A because of the writers strike I will probably avoid it like the plague now.

lol, I'll keep reading books but I'll have to start bargaining with my hubby again for my certain TV nights xD

I'm glad it's over with tho... I've been going crazy with no new Grey's Anatomy and Desperate Housewives!

Are you kidding me? I think that a lot of people still never left the house and found alternatives to such programming.

Besides, I wanted the strike to continue.

First off, most TV programs of today are garbage compared to TV shows from yesterday. I can only hope during the strike that most people changed their own preferences and start demanding better quality from Hollywood.

Second, the longer the strike went on the more people would leave their homes and do something more productive with their lives instead of sitting in front of the idiot box all the time.

What?! It's over?! I just was whining about it.

I can't even think of something sarcastic to say. Too happy.
