he was polygraphed and found innocent,however a trial was out of our finances.it was her word against his, he is unable to find work even though he is not a felon his was a plea he took.please help.we need help to find him employment. First, a polygraph doesn't find you innocent. It's not even admissible as evidence in a trail. it is a juvenile record and he will not have to put it on his applications when he turns 18. until then, lie. i think you are blowing it up more then it is. There are public defenders; better than none at all. |
