What defines just cause as a reason to terminate employment?

I am quitting my job. In my contract, it says that "The contract employee shall, with just cause, have the right to terminate the agreement prior to the termination date with a minimum of (20) working days notice." What is the definition of just cause for an employee?(me)

What it means is decided by case law in your state interpreting that phrase. It varies by context and jurisdiction.
