If someone uses your ssn to purchase a house and car and employment are you entitled to these things?

No and they violated the law by using false information (Identity theft). If it's your SSN they used, it can come back to haunt you.

If this is a true situation, it would be wise to contact your local law enforcement and file a report on this.

Not unless you pay for them.
