At-will employment. is that really a job if they can fire you at any time. I read my offer letter.? |
it says at-will yes 'At will' really does mean that an employer may fire an employee without stating a reason. In return, the employee may terminate their employment without any notice. Make sure your state recognizes 'at will' ~ like my state of Texas. Yes you do have a job with them. However they can fire you at any time and you can quit at any time. |
