How do you answer an interrogatory |
My husband and I have been given an interrogatory to fill out, since we don't have the money for an attorney we are trying to do this all ourselves, unfortunately, the last time we were in court we were told it had been filled out wrong. The question asks who helped you and what documents did you use to fill out the interrogatory. The magic word here is "assisted". The question asked for the name, address and telephone number, as well as the position of employment of all persons that helped to answer the questions. Giving your name, address and other information is unnecessary. The court wants to know who gave you legal advice in filling out the form. If nobody did, write N.A. You are now going to have to put Yahoo Answers (seriously). If you're Jewish, with an interrogatory. idk. |
