H1B holder getting a job in India after returning from US |
Given a Situation that, an Indian H1B Visa holder goes to US on a H1B for his/her Indian parent company with clients in US(for a client project) and after an year transfers his/her H1B to the client company of the parent company and joins the client company(ofcourse after paying the penalty for breaking the period of employment with parent company). Now after serving for a few years/after expiry of visa, is he or she eligible to go back to India ,get a job there?Or will he/she be rejected a job, because he/she quit his/her parent company in US and joined the client company? He certainly is free to go back to his own country, particularly since the visa has expired (if he doesn't return,he may be deported).Whether he will get a job in India depends on the employer.Obviously, his original employer may not accept him, since he will feel that he an Indian is always welcome back in India and he/she can always get a job in India irrespective of h1 b1 or any other kind of visa. his visa in usa has nothing to do with his basic qualifications and experience to get a job in India. what u are trying to say is not applicable at all once a persone leaves usa and comes back to india his h1 visa has not value at all only his knowledge and work experience matter |
