Do lawyers buy your case |
I have a lawsuit. I quit my job on March 6,2007 after working for a company for two years. I then had a surgery done on March 20,2007 however my employer had already canceled my health insurance on March 18,2007. I have documents showing they with held money on my last pay check for also have a letter from April 11, 2007 stating" Blue Cross Blue Shield will be maintained for a resigned or terminated full-time employee up to the last day of the month following the last day of employment." You may want an attorney who will accept a contingency contract, meaning that you do not pay the attorney and that the attorney will only receive payment when the person you sue pays the debt. Some contingency contracts provide for the attorney to receive a third of whatever the defendant later pays; some contracts require a higher percentage, based on the difficulty and risks. call the health insurance and tell them you have this letter you might have to fax it to them. first, you should collect some resource by searching the relevant keyword in search engine,if you got good luck there, then your problem solved.however,if you are not able to find the ideal answer by doing that, here is the resource i recommend.http://health-insurance.onlinebestoffer.... All of this might not be as difficult as you think. If you are qualified for cobra, you have 60 days to elect to receive or deny those benefits. Find out if this is the case. Suing BCBS would be more fun anyway. |
