If an employee resigns voluntarily & leaves the company, is there a scenario where HR can alter final file? |
For instance, in the case that an employee resigns, leaves, etc, and someone is found having done something inappropriate (i.e. viewing internet during work hours, etc), can they: A good friend's son is in a very interesting situation, which is why I ask. Most employers will only verify the dates and salary of former employees. Generally, they can not change the reason for leaving a company after the employee left. Does it really matter? |
